A Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) found Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), guilty in connection with the violent events of May 9, 2023, and revoked his bail in eight related cases, The Express Tribune reported on Saturday.
"Pakistan's most popular leader and former Prime Minister was attacked through bullets, expired tear gas and etc. The fascism of this regime stands exposed," PTI tweeted on its official Twitter handle on Wednesday.
The Lahore Police has termed the death of PTI worker Ali Bilal alias Zil-e-Shah as a result of a traffic accident. The vehicle which hit Bilal was of a private company and the administration held Imran Khan responsible for the accident.
