South Korea's spy agency spotted North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's sister with two children and is open to the possibility of them being her offspring, Yonhap reported.
This comes after Kim Jong Un's influential sister, Kim Yo Jong warned Seoul to halt propaganda broadcasts across their tense border. She warned that the loudspeaker broadcasts risked provoking a "crisis of confrontation."
The influential sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, on Friday, dismissed allegations of military cooperation between Russia and North Korea, stressing that North Korean weapons are solely intended to target Seoul, not for exports to Russia, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The development comes at a time that Russian President Vladimir Putin is visiting the Chinese city of Harbin as part of his two-day State visit to China.
"Shortly ago, Kishida, through another channel, conveyed his intention to personally meet the President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea as soon as possible," Kim Yo-jong said, according to the Seoul-based news agency which cited KCNA.
In a press statement, Kim Yo Jong, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's sister and a key ruling party official called the UNSC meeting an "unfair and biased act" of interfering in its internal affairs and violating its sovereignty, according to Korea Central News Agency (KCNA).
Kim Yo Jong made the above remarks while slamming the United States for condemning North Korea's satellite launch, Yonhao reported quoting Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
