Western Railways, which operates Mumbai locals, will carry out a 13-hour jumbo block on both up and down fast lines between Grant Road and Mumbai Central station from 22.00 hrs to 11.00 hrs on Saturday/Sunday.
The first local train on the UP slow line near Bandra resumed operations after the successful completion of the block at 9:55 AM on Saturday, according to railway officials.
