German Ambassador to India Philipp Ackermann said on Thursday that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will visit India by the end of October for Inter-Governmental Consultations (IGC).
Chancellor Scholz will be accompanied by senior officials and a high-powered business delegation. He is scheduled to arrive in New Delhi on February 25, and will proceed to Bengaluru on February 26, read the Ministry of External Affairs press release.
Modi and Scholz discussed bilateral cooperation between India and Germany, which entered a new phase with the signing of the partnership on Green and Sustainable Development by the PM and Chancellor during the Inter-Governmental Consultations (IGC).
