Multiple Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) were exchanged between India and the United Arab Emirates in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Calling the ongoing Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit in Gandhinagar the first one in the 'Amrit Kaal' period, Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra said that the summit has become synonymous with India's economic resurgence.
The India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry and UAE's Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday on cooperation in the fields of industries and advanced technologies.
"Our bilateral trade has grown by 20 per cent. For the first time, we have achieved USD 85 billion trade and soon we will achieve the target of USD100 billion. If we decide, we can cross this milestone before the G20," PM Modi said.
