India and North Macedonia share a steadily growing partnership built on historical ties, shared democratic values, and respect for pluralism. A significant connection between the two nations is Mother Teresa, who was born in Skopje.
North Macedonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is also the chairperson for the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), while delivering his address said that his first visit to India “marks new chapter in political and economic cooperation”.
“A warm welcome to FM @Bujar_O of North Macedonia as he arrives on an official visit to India. The visit will bolster India-North Macedonia relations,” tweeted Official Spokesperson, Ministry of External Affairs, Arindam Bagchi.
