The supplies of BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles that have been provided to the Philippines from India under a USD 375 million deal, continue as parts of the contracted system between the two nations, defence officials said.
Army officials said that such drills are carried out to prepare for contingencies where they have to take action against the adversaries if they try to capture Indian areas by using the routes of valleys in this area.
