An FIR has been registered against Aditya Pratik Singh Sisodia, aka Badshah, and a process has also been initiated to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) against him.

One student and the private school bus driver sustained serious injuries and were referred to PGI Rohtak for advanced treatment. In contrast, the other injured students were admitted to a nearby hospital. It is reported that the students on board the bus were from Classes 9 to 11.
The accident occurred around 7 am near the Gharadsi village. Police said both vehicles were travelling at high speed when they collided, leaving the front portions of the cars completely damaged.
Giving insights into the incident, Sandeep Kumar, PRO Gurguram Police said that a total of four people had died on the spot, and out of the two people sent to the hospital for treatment, one succumbed to injuries.

The bus driver went absconding after the accident while the conductor who suffered injuries in the incident is under medical treatment at a government hospital in Pinjore.
As per reports, a Haryana Roadways bus overturned near Naulata village of Pinjore town in Panchkula district. More than 40 school children were injured in the accident.
Several people suffered injuries after the bus they were traveling in caught fire in Nuh on Saturday. Following the incident, the injured have been brought to Nuh Medical College where they are undergoing treatment.
According to the police, the deceased felt sick near the Alipur area and stuck her head out of the bus window to vomit when an oncoming vehicle crushed her head from the driver's side.
