Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal said on Monday that he considers himself very fortunate to have the darshan at the iconic Lalbaugcha Raja pandal in Mumbai. He visited the pandal today morning during the 10-day festival honouring Lord Ganesha.

Speaking to reporters, Nadda expressed his happiness at attending Ganeshotsav in Pune. He said that he has prayed for the prosperity and happiness of the country.
Along with the grand public Ganeshotsav celebrations, household festivities in Maharashtra's Pune are also being marked with unique themes and patriotic fervour.
According to Treasurer Mangesh Dattaram Dalvi, 80 people have been assigned the duty of counting and informed that the previous year's donation of Rs 48 lakh was received from the devotees.
He highlighted the significant role played by Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak in linking Ganeshotsav with the national movement to promote unity and harmony during the freedom struggle.
The 10-day festival, which begins on August 27, will see celebrations not only in Pune, from where the initiative started in 2013, but also in parts of the Valley. Seven mandals have joined hands to organise Ganeshotsav in Anantnag, Srinagar, and Kulgam.
On Saturday, amidst the beats of traditional 'dhol-tasha', replicas of three revered Ganesh idols from Pune were handed over to Kashmiri mandals in an event organised at Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Mandal, marking the third consecutive year.
