The Saket District Court on Saturday rejected the bail plea of businessman Satya Prakash Bagla. He has been arrested in an alleged case of Cheating etc with Kolkata based investor. He was arrested by the Economic Offence Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police on January 9.
According to a release, the EOW produced a chargesheet in FIR No. 76/2022 under Sections 199 and 420 RPC before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, against Afshan Shabir, resident of Shibath Zadibal.
