A wreath-laying ceremony was held in Jammu on August 15 to pay tribute to the captain of the Indian Army, who was killed in an encounter with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami, paid tribute on Wednesday to Captain Deepak Singh, who was killed during an encounter with terrorists in Doda, Jammu and Kashmir.
"One terrorist has been neutralised in the ongoing operation. One AK 47 has been recovered in addition to the M4 rifle. Intermittent exchange of firing continues as the operations are ongoing," White Knight Corps said.
