Vanrai Police Station filed an FIR against Mangesh Pandilkar, a relative of Shiv Sena leader Ravindra Waikar. Pandilkar had allegedly carried a mobile phone inside a counting centre in Goregaon. FIR was also registered against a polling personnel Dinesh Gurav.
