India made a strong start to the historic five-match India vs England Mixed Disability T20 International series, registering a convincing seven-wicket victory over England in the opening match at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Stadium, Greater Noida, on Thursday.
Mumbai is set to host a landmark celebration of inclusive cricket as the Physical Disability T20 Series will be held from 16 to 18 December at the iconic Wankhede Stadium, as per a release from the Differently Abled Cricket Council of India (DDCI).
The event was held in collaboration with the accessibility organization Svayam in the presence of Abhay Pratap, Joint Secretary of DCCI Ravikant Chauhan, General Secretary, DCCI and Sminu Jindal, Founder-Chairperson, Svayam among other dignitaries.
