Amid the rising cases of COVID-19 in the country, Rajasthan has reported two fresh cases, according to the Additional Director of Health, Ravi Prakash Sharma.
"In the past 24 hours, a total of 699 cases and 4 deaths have been reported. A total of 467 patients have successfully recovered from COVID-19," the bulletin said.
In view of increasing cases of Covid-19, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, who chaired a review meeting with states on Friday, asked them to stay alert and remain prepared for the management of the disease.
"A meeting of health department officials has been called on Monday afternoon to take stock of the rising Corona cases and the future course of action will be decided after the meeting," Vij told reporters.
Notably, Corona cases are increasing across the country, including that in the national capital, pertaining to which the experts are constantly warning people and advising them to wear masks.

As the Influenza H3N2 cases have started to rise rapidly in the country after the Corona cases dipped, the experts are of the opinion, that people need to be careful, but there is no need to panic if precautions are taken on time.
A day after the Centre flagged concerns regarding a gradual rise in COVID-19 test positivity rates in some States, Tamil Nadu on Sunday registered 40 fresh coronavirus cases in 24 hours, State's Health Department said in a statement.
As there have been reports of a surge in COVID cases in some countries, the operational readiness of health facilities is being reviewed in all States and Union Territories in case of another wave.
