A delegation of UPSC aspirants met MCD Commissioner Ashwani Kumar at the agency headquarters here on July 31 amid protests that have erupted following the death of three students at a coaching centre in the national capital said that the meeting remained "fruitful" and they had been assured
She added that the report highlighted that the drain present in the area was the main reason for the waterlogging and that the library set up in the coaching center was illegal.
