The Supreme Court Collegium in a resolution has recommended five judicial officials Susan Valentine Pinto, Hasmukhbhai Dalsukhbhai Suthar, Jitendra Champaklal Doshi, Mangesh Rameshchandra Mengdey, and Divyeshkumar Amrutlal Joshi, to be appointed as Judges of the High Court of Gujarat.
The Supreme Court of India will soon implement a uniform, reliable and secure methodology known as the 'Neutral Citation System' for identifying and citing decisions for all its judgments, as announced by the Chief Justice of India Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud, said a press release.
The remarks were made in a resolution passed by the Supreme Court Collegium of three judges: Chief Justice of India Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and KM Joseph.
The SC Collegium said Saurabh Kirpal possesses the competence, integrity and intellect and his appointment will add value to the Bench of the Delhi High Court and provide inclusion and diversity.
