They sat on dharna at the BJP office demanding the appointment of 882 selected candidates and warned to hold indefinite strike if demands are not met. The candidates were also making allegations of breach of promise against the BJP-led state government.
Presenting the 20-year report card of the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday said the state used to be counted among the "Bimaru" (sick) ones during five decades of Congress rule.
"Jihadi face of the Congress party exposed by repealing of anti-conversion law. They (Congress) pretended to worship Lord Hanuman to get power in Karnataka. It is the party which supports Jihadi culture and people who do Jihad," Sharma told reporters here.
BJP Chief Sharma on Tuesday afternoon said, "I don't want to be of Nath's stature, I am the son of an ordinary farmer. You (Nath) became a billionaire by exploiting tribal people. Kamal Nath ji, rightly said that I am not of his stature. God bless me so that I don't become of his stature."
