A statement from Cricket South Africa (CSA) said, "Proteas Men's head coach Shukri Conrad has today announced full-strength squads for the upcoming white-ball tour against Australia, scheduled to take place next month."
Skipper and right-hand batter Temba Bavuma returned to the squad as South Africa announced their playing XI for the opening Test of the two-match series against Sri Lanka on Tuesday.
According to ICC, a major inclusion in the side saw Temba Bavuma return as skipper, having recovered from a left elbow injury, which ruled him out of the recent series in Bangladesh.
