The Delhi High Court on Monday reserved its order on pleas challenging notices issued for demolition of alleged illegal properties in Batla House area of Okhla in South East Delhi.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanat Ullah Khan on Wednesday withdrew his Public Interest Litigation (PIL) from the Delhi High Court challenging the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) notices proposing demolition in the Batla House area of Okhla.
A vacation bench of Justices Sanjay Karol and Satish Chandra Sharma denied any interim stay on the demolition notices and posted the matter for hearing in July.
