RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said Bihar has become one of the most backward states due to 20 years of misrule. He stressed the need for change and shared that the youth have a vision and roadmap to take the state forward.
Addressing the general body meeting of the state Administrative Service Association in Aryabhatt Auditorium in Jharkhand's Ranchi as chief guest, CM Hemant Soren said that this is unfortunate that Jharkhand is one of the backward states in the country despite being rich in natural resources.
