The Supreme Court stayed a non-bailable warrant issued against Anwar Dhebar in a money laundering matter related to the Chhattisgarh liquor irregularities case.
The Chhattisgarh High Court on Friday rejected the bail application of three accused Anwar Dhebar, Trilok Singh Dhillon and Nitesh Purohit in the alleged Chhattisgarh liquor scam.
The court has sent Anwar Dhebar and Nitesh Purohit to 14 days of judicial custody while the custody of Arun Pati Tripathi and Trilok Singh Dhillon extended till May 23, he added.
