In a powerful move to support and uplift women through literacy, 13-year-old philanthropist and changemaker Akarshana Sathish has inaugurated her 21st library at the Seva Bharathi Training Centre for Women, located in Jawahar Nagar, Dammaiguda, Hyderabad.
Akarshana Sathish, a 13-year-old 8th-grade student, set up her 18th library at Sai Seva Sangh in Moosapet. The library was inaugurated by the Governor of Telangana, Jishnu Dev Varma, on Wednesday.
She set up a third library at the Special-cum-Children Home and Observation Home for Girls at Nimboliadda, Hyderabad with 625 books. The library was inaugurated by Shikha Goel IPS and Bharati Hollikeri IAS on Wednesday.
