MP: Mentally ill man rescued from chains, admitted to mental hospital

The man has been identified as Zaid Pathan, and he was chained at a mosque located in front of Khajrana police station in the city. Upon getting the information about it, Chairman of NGO, Rupali Jain reached the spot with her team to rescue the man on Friday.
