White House claims Trump admin deported over 3 million undocumented immigrants

Washington, DC [US], August 7 (ANI): The Trump administration has removed upwards of three million undocumented immigrants and prevented their release into the United States for 15 consecutive months, the White House asserted while outlining an extensive overview of its immigration enforcement achievements.
These statistics were published in a White House fact sheet that accompanied two executive orders issued by President Donald Trump. The executive measures impose restrictions on birthright citizenship for specific groups of children and instruct federal entities to stop birth tourism.
According to the White House statement, those expelled included thousands of individuals convicted of violent offences. However, it did not offer a granular breakdown of the deportations, the original nationalities of the migrants or the specific timeframe encompassed by the total figure.
The administration further maintained that no undocumented migrants had been released into the country over a 15-month continuous stretch. The narrative attributed this milestone to directives initiated by Trump during his initial week after returning to office.
Trump had executed an executive order citing a crisis along the southern border and ordering immediate interventions against illegal immigration. The White House asserted that this directive proved instrumental in reversing the border strategies of the preceding administration.
