Sushma meet UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, discusses issues of mutual interest

New York [U.S.A.], Sept. 24 (ANI): India's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres here at the sidelines of the 72nd United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and discussed issues of mutual interest.

She also discusses bilateral cooperation issues with Foreign Minister of Chile, Heraldo Munoz.

Consolidating relations with the Arab countries, Sushma also held talks with Ahmad Abdul Gheit, Secretary General of the Arab League and also met Algerian Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel, Algerian.

The Indian Foreign Minister arrived in New York on September 17 for seven days during which she held back-to-back engagements, centering around the U.N. General Assembly. (ANI)
