SpaceX successfully tests Starship SN10 rocket after 2 failed attempts

As the crisis escalates in West Asia, Reuters reported, citing Iraqi security sources on Saturday (local time) that a rocket attack targeted military base housing US diplomatic centre near the Baghdad international airport, as per Iraqi security sources.

This comes amid the Israeli military stating today that its soldiers are "operating in southern Lebanon" as it continues strikes against Hezbollah. The Israeli army launched airstrikes across Lebanon early Monday after intercepting a rocket fired from Lebanese territory, local media in Israel reported.

Atleast 31 people were killed and 149 others injured in overnight strikes carried out by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) across southern Lebanon and Beirut's southern Dahiyeh district, the Times of Israel reported on Monday, citing Lebanon's Health Ministry.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has provided additional details on the early return of SpaceX's Crew-11 mission to the International Space Station (ISS).

NASA will roll back the SLS (Space Launch System) rocket and Orion spacecraft for Artemis II off the launch pad, delaying the most-awaited crewed flyby mission to the Moon.

The statement read, "As part of robustly testing the vehicle prior to flight, NASA engineers are reviewing data after a confidence test Feb. 12, in which operators partially filled the SLS (Space Launch System) core stage liquid hydrogen tank to assess newly replaced seals in an area used to fill the rocket with propellant."

According to a Bloomberg report the combined company of SpaceX and xAI has a valuation of USD1.25 trillion, and SpaceX plans to Initial Public Offering (IPO) later this year.

The IDF (Israel Defence Forces) recapped the recent activities of its 7th Armored Brigade in the southern Gaza Strip including the destruction of an underground terror tunnel approximately four kilometers long and the detection of rocket launchers and provided videos of its actions.

Crew-11's departure comes after one crew member experienced a medical concern that required bringing the entire team home sooner than originally planned. The mission, which launched in August 2025 for what was meant to be a six-to-eight-month science expedition, was cut short in order to provide advanced medical evaluation and care on Earth.

Elon Musk announced that Starlink will offer free broadband internet in Venezuela until February 3. The SpaceX-owned service aims to support people in the country by ensuring continued connectivity during the ongoing situation.
