Former diplomat Anil Trigunayat on Thursday criticised the US House of Representatives' passage of the "Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026", particularly its provisions that could enable tariffs of up to 100 per cent on major purchasers of Russian energy, including India.
