London [United Kingdom], Dec. 24 (ANI): The Tunisian Police have arrested three people including the nephew of the suspected Berlin Christmas market attacker Anis Amri.

London [United Kingdom], Dec. 24 (ANI): The Tunisian Police have arrested three people including the nephew of the suspected Berlin Christmas market attacker Anis Amri. The Independent quoted a statement, as saying, the three suspects were members of a "terrorist cell" that was "connected to the terrorist Anis Amri who carried out the terrorist attack in Berlin". Tunisia's Interior Ministry confirmed that one of the three arrested suspects is 18-year-old nephew of Amri, Fredi, and had allegedly sent money to him so that Fredi could join him in Europe. Amri, a suspect in Berlin Christmas market attack was shot dead by the police in Milan after he had opened fire during a "routine road check" in front of in piazza primo maggio, in front of Sesto San Giovanni station. Italy's Interior Minister Marco Minniti confirmed that the person shot dead was Amri, the suspect behind Berlin terror attack. The German Police had found Amri's fingerprints on the door of the truck that ploughed into a Christmas market in Berlin killing 12 people and injuring dozens other. (ANI)
