Malaysian delegation visits Sharjah Academy for Astronomy

The Indian Armed Forces contingent has arrived in Seychelles to participate in the eleventh edition of the joint military exercise "Lamitiye 2026" with the Seychelles Defence Forces (SDF). The exercise is scheduled to be conducted at the Seychelles Defence Academy from 9th to 20th March 2026.

At the Nepal Police Academy in Kathmandu, over three thousand police personnel boarded buses as they started off for assigned districts to maintain security for the March 5 election.

Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, revealed an ongoing plan to turn the city of Khorfakkan into a city surrounded by forests of trees, characterised by high oxygen levels, low carbon dioxide, and increased positive electrons, which will give residents comfort and tranquillity.

India, in partnership with the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA), is organising the second edition of the annual Capacity Building Programme on the UN Security Council Resolution 1540 and Strategic Trade Controls for Asia-Pacific and African countries at the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics, Palasamudram, from February 10 to 13, the Ministry of External Affairs stated in an official release.

The Arab Parliament for the Child is preparing to receive its male and female members from across the Arab world in the Emirate of Sharjah, as part of its ongoing efforts to empower Arab children, amplify their voices, and involve them in shaping their future. The third session of the fourth term will be held from 8th to 15th February.
