Istanbul: 23 suspected PKK terrorists arrested

Istanbul [Turkey], May 6 (ANI): 23 suspected terrorists of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militant group were arrested across Turkey out of which 12 are women.

Istanbul [Turkey], May 6 (ANI): 23 suspected terrorists of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militant group were arrested across Turkey out of which 12 are women.
As reported by the Anadolu Agency on Saturday, 14 terror suspects belonging to PKK namely Bursa, Diyarbakir, Gaziantep, Tunceli and Sirnak were arrested in Turkey's capital Istanbul, as informed by a security official.
Further in Turkey's southeastern Van province gendarmes detained seven other PKK suspects were detained.
PKK has been listed as a terrorist organisation by Turkey, the United States and the European Union. The militant organisation has been responsible for the deaths of around 40,000 people. (ANI)
