Tel Aviv [Israel], July 31 (ANI/TPS): Israel's Ministry of Environmental Protection published a guide to home storage systems that enable emergency power supply without the use of gas powered generators: Electricity is available without generators that cause noise and pollute the environment.
This is a technical guide detailing a variety of solutions for replacing generators that focuses on the characteristics of each system: the amount of electricity the system provides, the length of time it will operate, and cost-effectiveness indicators.
This comes at a time when Israeli are concerned about the possibility of an escalation in the conflict with Hezbollah terrorists based in Lebanon that could lead to disruptions in the power supply.
The guide is intended to make accessible to the public a variety of solutions based on energy storage and to respond to emergency electricity needs. These solutions are clean, quiet, and safe and allow placement inside or outside the living space as needed, with great flexibility in the way the electricity is supplied. The guide also presents information on common household consumption, technical information, important terms, and scope for considerations to choose a suitable storage system for everyone according to their needs.
Minister of Environmental Protection Idit Silman: "The guide we are publishing today is intended to help the public increase personal energy security without harming the household members themselves, the neighbors and the environment. I call on the citizens of Israel to act with discretion even in these difficult days, to examine their actual needs and choose a safe, clean alternative and environment that will provide an answer to their concerns and needs. Together we will get through this challenging period, and we will know quieter and safer days." (ANI/TPS)
