Kabul [Afghanistan], Mar 30 (ANI): Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani held consultations with fellow Afghan leaders on the peace process on Saturday.
"This morning, I had a constructive meeting with prominent political leaders. In order to reach a unified stance on the peace process, I will continue the consultation with other politicians and representatives of all walks of life with earnest," Ghani tweeted on March 30.

Quoting the Presidential Palace, TOLOnews reported that Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah and former Afghan President Hamid Karzai were also present at the meeting.
The leaders shared their views on the engagement of "all layers" of the society in the Afghan peace process, during the meeting aimed at unifying all the leaders' stance towards the process.
The entire international community has voiced its support for peace in Afghanistan, which has seen continuous strife since 1999 when US-led forces toppled the then-regime. (ANI)
