According to the Indian Embassy in Beirut, the first batch of 177 Indian nationals was repatriated to New Delhi on a charter flight arranged by their employer on Wednesday. The group was seen off at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport by India's Ambassador to Lebanon, Noor Rahman Sheikh.

Supporters of the Tibetan movement from across India gathered in McLeodganj on Wednesday to offer long life prayers for Tibetan spiritual leader Tenzin Gyatso. The exhibition aimed to draw international attention to what they described as systemic discrimination and political repression affecting these communities. It also displayed photographs of the grim condition of minorities in Bangladesh,

The Core Group for Tibetan Cause-India concluded the Special Tibet Support Groups (TSGs) meeting in the north Indian hill town of Dharamshala on Monday afternoon. More than 120 participants representing 32 countries expressed solidarity with the Tibetan people in their struggle for freedom and justice. The participants also met Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama here on Monday.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio designated Afghanistan as a "state sponsor of wrongful detention" in a release on Monday. He urged the Taliban to release Americans "unjustly detained," accusing the group of using "terrorist tactics" and "hostage diplomacy" to seek policy concessions from the US.

The group highlighted the abduction and forced conversion of Areeba Asif Masih, urging Pakistani authorities to implement child protection laws and ensure the safe recovery of all missing girls.
