The advisory applies to Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Iran, Oman, Iraq, Qatar, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

The Embassy of India in Doha announced that regular consular services would remain suspended on March 2 due to the "prevailing security situation."

Our forces are active, and British planes are in the sky as part of coordinated regional defensive operations to our protect our interests and our allies, as Britain has done before in line with international law," PM Starmer said in an official statement.
