Sweden: Bomb threat forces plane to return

Stockholm [Sweden], Feb 7 (ANI): A Norwegian plane with 169 passengers on board, was forced to return to Stockholm's Arlanda Airport, just 30 minutes after taking off on Thursday due to a bomb threat.

Stockholm [Sweden], Feb 7 (ANI): A Norwegian plane with 169 passengers on board, was forced to return to Stockholm's Arlanda Airport, just 30 minutes after taking off on Thursday due to a bomb threat.
"We can confirm that we are working on the matter and that there is information from an airline that they have received a bomb threat. We are on site at Arlanda," Sputnik quoted Towe Hagg from Stockholm police as saying.
There were 169 passengers on board the flight which was en route France, including members from the Swedish swimming team who were on their way to a competition.
Quoting local media, Sputnik further reported that all passengers were evacuated upon landing on the far end of the runway at Arlanda Airport. Police and local emergency personnel were present at the spot. Further details by authorities are awaited. (ANI)
