Ma-in-law calms Meghan Markle's bridal jitters

London [UK], Feb 19 (ANI): With her wedding day just weeks away, Meghan Markle suffered a few last-minute jitters and Prince Charles' wife Camilla came to her rescue.

The 36-year-old actress was reportedly feeling overwhelmed by the storm surrounding the Royal Wedding, a leading daily reported.

However, she was reassured by a "long chat" with Camilla, who also married into the royals as a divorcee.

It was revealed that Camilla took it upon herself to invite the soon-to-be royal for an intimate lunch at Clarence House.

According to sources, the 'Suits' star revealed that she was feeling "constrained" by Kensington Palace as she couldn't go to the shops or the gym.

While Kate and William are said to be great friends with Meghan, they are both preoccupied with two children and a third on the way.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to tie the knot on May 19 at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.

Before the big day, Meghan will be baptised and confirmed into the Church of England before the wedding and will then begin the lengthy process of becoming a British citizen. (ANI)
