British leader Damian Green denies porn allegations

London [U.K.], November 6 (ANI): A senior British leader has denied that police found pornography on one of his computers when his offices were raided by counter terrorism officers.

First Secretary of State Damian Green said the claims by a former senior police officer Bob Quick in the newspaper Sunday Times were "completely untrue" and "political smears".

Green further said that the allegations came from a "discredited source".

The pornography allegations against Green are being investigated by the Cabinet Office, the Independent quoted the Home Secretary Amber Rudd, as saying.

The allegations date from 2008 when the Conservatives were in opposition.

British Prime Minister Theresa May's deputy Green is already the subject of an inquiry by the Cabinet Office's Sue Gray after a woman alleged that he made inappropriate advances towards her.

In the backdrop of wave of sleaze allegations sweeping Westminster, Amber Rudd earlier called for MPs found guilty of sexual harassment to be booted out of the Parliament.

British Defence Secretary Michael Fallon recently resigned from his position after he admitted that his behaviour towards women in the past had "fallen short". (ANI)
