Two killed in suicide blast in Pakistan's Mohmand Agency
Islamabad [Pakistan], Feb.15 (ANI): At least two personnel of the Levies Force were killed and as many were injured in a suicide attack in Mohmand Agency's Ghalanai Tehsil on Wednesday. The Dawn quoted sources, as saying that the suicide bomber tried to enter a housing colony of the local political administration. When he was stopped by Levies personnel, he blew himself up outside the central gate of the colony. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a statement said two suicide bombers were involved in the "foiled" terror bid. The first blew himself up once spotted and challenged by security personnel at the gate of the political administration office, while the other was shot dead by the sentries at the gate. Mohmand is one of Pakistan's seven semi-autonomous tribal districts near the Afghan border, rife with homegrown insurgents and foreign militants. (ANI)

MEA rejects Pakistan’s statement on India-Canada deal

"We reject this statement made by Pakistan on the matter. India's credentials regarding non-proliferation are impeccable and well recognised by the global community. A country with a well-documented history of clandestine nuclear proliferation can hardly preach the virtues of export controls and proliferation risks. Such ludicrous statements are nothing more than an attempt by Pakistan to distract from its own abysmal record," he said.
