Toppling govt. not in interest of nation, says Bhattarai
Pokhara, July 24 (ANI): Naya Shakti Party Coordinator Dr Baburam Bhattarai on Sunday said that the act of toppling the Nepal Government was not in the interest of people and country. Speaking at a press meet in Pokhara today, the former prime minister accused the conservative parties of indulging in power game instead of guiding the country towards economic prosperity and development, reports the Himalayan Times. Asserting the current problem is also a result of the shortcomings in the forms of governance and electoral system, Bhattarai suggested that the next government should hold elections by addressing the demands of Madhesis and Janajatis.
