Dahal to urge Oli's UML to join new government in making
Kathmandu, July 28 (ANI): Pushpa Kamal Dahal, chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist Centre (CPN-MC), who is likely to become the next Prime Minister on Thursday said he is holding talks with the Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist Leninist(CPN-UML) leadership and would urge them to join the new government in the making. Dahal said it was a natural political process in the parliamentary system to break and make governments. "I will urge the UML leadership team to support me to form a national consensus government," the Kathmandu Post quoted Dahal as saying. Dahal has intensified consultations with the parties for the formation of national consensus government in a week, after President Bidhya Bhandari's call for the formation of the same. He added he would hold meetings with agitating Madhesi parties, who supported him in his bid to endorse the no-confidence motion against former Prime Minister K. P Sharma Oli. (ANI)
