Apologise or face legal action, Shahbaz Sharif to Imran Khan
Lahore [Pakistan], May 8 (ANI): Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's brother and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has sent a legal notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan for charging him with offering bribe. Shahbaz Sharif has asked Imran to apologise within 14 days, else the matter would be taken to a court of law, reports ARY News. Earlier, Khan alleged that the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had offered Rs.10 billion for backing down from the Panamagate case by one of Shahbaz's close aides. Following this, the ruling party had announced to take legal course of action against Khan for levelling bribe allegations on the party leadership. (ANI)
