Kathmandu, Aug .8 (ANI): An Indian girl abducted from Kurshela district of Bihar was rescued in Nepal's Morang district this morning following the arrest of her abductors.

Kathmandu, Aug .8 (ANI): An Indian girl abducted from Kurshela district of Bihar was rescued in Nepal's Morang district this morning following the arrest of her abductors. Five- year-old Sparsa Agrawal was rescued from Morang district's Pathari municipality by a joint team of regional investigators and Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), reports the Kathmandu Post. Reports suggest that Agrawal was abducted from Katihari in Kurshela district while she was returning from her school. She was brought to Nepal after abduction. The abductors had reportedly demanded a ransom of rupees 10 million. Agrawal's father is said to run a petrol pump in Bihar. Meanwhile, the police said that a former bus driver of her school was involved in the abduction. (ANI)
