Hub [Pakistan], Nov. 12 (ANI): At least 30 people, including women and children, were killed in an explosion at the shrine of Shah Norani in Lasbela district of Balochistan on Saturday. "Death toll rises to 30 in #ShahNoorani Shrine bombing," tweeted Samaa TV. Rescue teams have reached the blast site and started shifting injured to District Headquarters Hospital. Those wounded critically are being moved to Karachi. According to eyewitnesses, the blast took place during dhamal (Sufi dance) inside the shrine which is frequented by large numbers of devotees on a daily basis. At least 100 people were present inside the shrine at the time of blast. Frontier Corps, Police and Rangers personnel teams have cordoned off the area and launched a probe. The blast comes a few days after Rangers shot dead several terrorists in a raid in the town. (ANI)

A country with a well-documented history of clandestine nuclear proliferation can hardly preach the virtues of export controls and proliferation risks. Such ludicrous statements are nothing more than an attempt by Pakistan to distract from its own abysmal record," he said.
