VK Singh meets with China's top political body

New Delhi [India], Jan 6 (ANI): In a bid for sustained engagement with China, Minister of State (MoS) for External Affairs VK Singh on Friday met with a delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) here on Friday.

Led by Meng Xiangfeng, deputy director of the CPC Central Committee's General Office, the six-member delegation of party's International Liaison Department is on a five-day visit to India under the MEA-IDCPC Exchange Programme.

"Sustained engagement with China. MoS @Gen_VKSingh meets delegation of the International Liaison Department of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC) on a visit to India under the MEA-IDCPC Exchange Programme. Delegation is led by Meng Xiangfeng, Member of CPC," External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted.
