Beijing [China], Mar 30 (ANI): The United States and China are expected to meet next week in Washington to further discuss the trade deal, announced US Treasury SecretaryMnuchin Steven on Friday (local time).
Mnuchin made the announcement after concluding a full day of "constructive" talks in Beijing.
"I concluded constructive trade talks in Beijing. I look forward to welcoming China’s Vice Premier Liu He to continue these important discussions in Washington next week," tweeted Mnuchin.

During the eighth round of trade talks, two sides "held a discussion on the text of the agreement and achieved new progress."
The text of the trade agreement, aimed at resolving the trade dispute between the two nations, was discussed during the two-day meeting, according to Chinese state media.
Chinese Vice Premier Liu He led the talks from the Chinese side, while US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin represented the United States at the high-level economic and trade consultations.
"China's going very well. China talks going very well," US President Donald Trump had previously said.
Both Beijing and Washington are engaged in intense negotiations in the wake of a trade dispute, which would've originally seen the United States substantively increase tariffs on Chinese goods from March 1.
President Trump has since withheld the tariff increase as talks between the two sides have been promising.
The two countries now hope to reach a final trade deal which will be signed during a late-April summit at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, officials have said. (ANI)
