Two dead in shooting outside Islamabad imambargah

Islamabad [Pakistan], Nov 30 (ANI): At least two people were killed and four others injured after unidentified gunmen, riding a motorcycle, opened fire outside an imambargah in Islamabad.

One person died on the spot, while the police later confirmed that one of the injured succumbed to his wounds taking the death toll to two, Geo News reported, on Wednesday.

According to local media reports, an Intelligence Bureau official was amongst those killed in the shooting incident. The gunmen fled from the scene after opening fire on the people.

An investigation into the incident in underway. (ANI)
