New Delhi [India], April 18 (ANI): United States President Donald Trump said he is looking forward to host Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is scheduled to arrive in the country.

New Delhi [India], April 18 (ANI): United States President Donald Trump said he is looking forward to host Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is scheduled to arrive in the country.

Trump took to his Twitter account to say, "Getting ready to meet Prime Minister Abe of Japan, a truly fine gentleman!"

Prime Minister Abe on his on a two-day visit to the US will stay at Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida as per the statement by the White House on Monday.

The leaders are expected to hold discussions on trade negotiations and relations with North Korea on the sidelines of the scheduled visit of President Trump to North Korea in May, as reported by the Hill.

The US, UK, China, Japan and South Korea are all supporting the denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula.

The US President also hosted Abe at the Florida resort in February last year. Calling the resort as "the winter White House," President Trump has also hosted Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Later on April 27, both North-South Korea are expected to hold a summit in an endeavour to improve bilateral ties between them. (ANI)
