Tricolour unfurled at Indian High Commission in Islamabad to mark 70th Republic Day celebration 

Islamabad [Pakistan], Jan 26 (ANI): The Indian High Commission in Pakistan on Saturday unfurled the tricoloured Indian flag on the occasion of the 70th Republic Day of India and read out the President of India's message on the occasion.

Islamabad [Pakistan], Jan 26 (ANI): The Indian High Commission here on Saturday unfurled the tricolour on the occasion of 70th Republic Day celebration. India's High Commissioner to Pakistan Ajay Bisaria read out President Ram Nath Kovind's message on the occasion.
"A privilege to unfurl the tricolour this morning!" India's High Commissioner to Pakistan Bisaria said.
The High Commission of India in Islamabad took to its official Twitter account to say: "The 70th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great joy in Pakistan. High Commissioner Ajay Bisaria unfurled the tricolour and read excerpts from Rashtrapati ji’s message. A colourful cultural program of patriotic songs and poems was organised."
However, earlier in the day, the Pakistan troops once again violated ceasefire along the line of control in Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir, as India celebrated its 70th Republic Day. Since the beginning of the year, Pakistani troops have been targeting the sector on a daily basis which adjoins the international border. (ANI)
