Earlier on Monday Swaraj briefed media at an event named 'Contribution of Hindi in the Friendship of India and China', in which she asserted on the importance of understanding the language of both the nations, to overcome communication barriers.

Yesterday, she also said both New Delhi and Beijing have agreed to work together on the issues like terrorism, climate change, sustainable development and global healthcare.
