President Kovind inspected Guard of Honour in Swaziland

Malabo [Equatorial Guinea], Apr 09 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind inspected a guard of honour in front of the Lozitha Palace in Swaziland on Monday.

Later on, Kovind met Swaziland's King Mswati III at the Lozitha Palace.

President Kovind and King Mswati III will later release a joint statement in which they are expected to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries.

President Kovind is accompanied by First Lady Savita Kovind to the three-nation tour of Africa including -Equatorial Guinea, Swaziland and Zambia.

Earlier on Monday in the first-ever visit of an Indian head to Equatorial Guinea, President Kovind announced to open an Indian embassy in Equatorial Guinea to strengthen the diplomatic ties between the two countries.

The official trip will end on April 12. (ANI)
